At PMO Excellence, we are dedicated to improving security risk management for humanitarian actors across the globe. Drawing on a wealth of 30+ years of experience, in addition to our current operational nature with multiple humanitarian organizations, we build robust systems from the ground up and optimise current and operational frameworks; to cope and adapt effectively to the emerging threats faced by humanitarian actors across the globe.
Our commitment extends to organisations with or without dedicated security personnel; and we pride ourselves on being effective at communicating the enabling merits of security risk management with non-security personnel at the operational, management, and deputy/director levels of humanitarian organisations.
Our team is adept at working within budgetary constraints of the humanitarian community, while effectively reducing risks to your organisation. We deliver on our mission through remote and embedded advisories, assessment, framework building, and trainings (HEAT and Crisis Management); all at HQ, Country Office and Field Level.

Enhancing Journalism Safety
In today's rapidly changing and volatile landscape, journalists and media staff encounter distinct security hurdles while reporting from conflict zones, protests, and other high-risk areas. Since November 2023, we have been providing specialized security services to journalists, reporters, and media professionals.
