William van Heerden, brings over two decades of expertise and is a registered independent safety and security consultant since 2009. With a strong background as a global security advisor, he has partnered with multiple international NGOs. William has guided organizations through the complexities of security incidents and crisis management on a global scale.

Thomas Edward III Courtier is an experienced security adviser, specialised in developing and implementing security risk management systems for the NGO and IO community. He brings a wealth of knowledge from his background in War Studies; and advocates for the effects that the evolving nature of conflicts have on the humanitarian community. 

Ben Bongardt is in his final year of a Bachelor of Science in Security Studies and is interning with PMO Excellence. He supports our daily operations and applies his academic knowledge to real-world scenarios, while gaining valuable hands-on experience.
