William van Heerden, brings over two decades of expertise and is a registered independent safety and security consultant since 2009. With a strong background as a global security advisor, he has partnered with multiple international NGOs. William has guided organizations through the complexities of security incidents and crisis management on a global scale.

Diana van Heerden is a Project Management specialist and the Managing Partner of PMO-Excellence. With extensive international experience in both profit and non-profit sectors, Diana holds a Master's in International Business Administration, focusing on cross-cultural impact.

Thomas Edward III Courtier is an experienced security adviser, specialised in developing and implementing security risk management systems for the NGO and IO community. He brings a wealth of knowledge from his background in War Studies; and advocates for the effects that the evolving nature of conflicts have on the humanitarian community. 

Daniel Zuidweg is a masters level student in Crisis Management who is currently interning at PMO Excellence. He supports all aspects of the work projects we work on, including bringing the academic rigour to our assessments and advisories.
